CoveredDrivers ("we," "us") operates covereddrivers.com, a marketing service that connects consumers with third-party vehicle service contract providers. We are not a warranty provider and do not sell vehicle service contracts directly.

Information you provide: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and vehicle details (year, make, mileage) submitted through our quote form.
Automatic information: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and referral source, collected via cookies and similar technologies, including consent-verification services such as TrustedForm.

How we use your information

To match you with vehicle service contract providers and deliver your quote request to them.
To contact you about your request by phone, text, or email, consistent with the consent you provide on the form.
To document and verify your consent, comply with law, and prevent fraud.
To measure and improve our advertising and website.

Sharing your information

When you submit a quote request, we share your submitted information with the vehicle service contract provider(s) matched to your request so they can contact you with coverage options. We may also share information with service vendors who operate our website, advertising, and consent-verification tools, and when required by law. We do not sell your information to unrelated data brokers.

Your choices

You may revoke consent to be contacted at any time by replying STOP to texts, requesting removal on a call, or emailing us.
You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below.
Depending on your state (including New Jersey, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and others), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of the sharing of your personal information. We honor verified requests under applicable state privacy laws.

Data retention & security

We retain lead and consent records as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and compliance obligations, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
